Norton Rose Australia, in association with the Conference, will be hosting a half-day symposium prepared exclusively for in-house legal counsel who deal with, or are interested in, climate change, the renewable energy market, and carbon finance. In this collaborative seminar, Norton Rose will present an overview of current policy frameworks, current opportunities, and its thoughts as to what can be learned from the international environment.
The session is intended to be interactive and act as a forum for sharing views and advice. Themes of discussion will include:

As we gear up for the conference, let’s engage in shaping a compelling vision for sustainable future. Join a KNOWCHANGE forum to ‘paint the picture of success’ by engaging with this question: How would you describe Australia in 2020 if by then, we have achieved the 25% GHG reduction target?
Engage with alternative perspectives; represent nobody but yourself; debate what is possible; enjoy a great night out.
KNOWCHANGE is a grassroots initiative rather than an organisation or a campaign. It provides a fresh way for individuals to engage with sustainability, the future and each other. Conference organisers do not take responsibility for the gathering but invite those who seek a fresh style of engagement.
