Registration fee inclusions

All fees listed include 15% GST.

Registration fees include attendance at sessions and for in-person registrations, catering on the days selected.

Christchurch satellite hub: Please note that registrations for the Christchurch Satellite Hub include day catering, name badge, access to the conference event app and delegate attendees, all plenary sessions and sessions in Stream A and Stream B. Due to the nature of the sessions in Stream C, these are not able to be livestreamed.

Live streaming registration: This includes access to the conference event app and delegate attendees, the live streaming of all plenary sessions and sessions in Stream A and Stream B. Due to the nature of the sessions in Stream C, these are not able to be livestreamed.

Early bird registrations are available until midnight on 30 June 2026. Registrations must be paid for by that date.

Payments, cancellations and refunds

Should you need to cancel your registration for any reason, you may reassign your registration to another person. Please notify the Conference Organisers of the replacement delegate's name and contact details.

If you are unable to arrange a replacement, a refund (the full conference fee less an administration charge of NZ$150) will be made, providing notification is received by Friday 07 August 2026. After that date, no refunds will be made.

If, for reasons beyond the control of the Conference Organisers, the conference is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after the deduction of expenses already incurred.

Payments can be made with a credit card or by direct deposit. Purchase Orders can be entered onto the registration form when you are entering the delegate’s details and will be reflected on the tax invoice emailed to you. Bank payment details for direct deposits are also included on the tax invoice.
