Our purpose in collecting information about you is to provide you with services that you request, register you for conferences or seminars at your request, to update you on upcoming seminars or conferences and to provide you with information associated with our business. • any sponsors or media partners associated with any seminars and conferences that you attend.

This means that individuals and organisations outside of us, such as mail houses and professional conference organisers, will sometimes have access to personal information held by us and may use it on behalf of us.
