* The discounted student registration fee is available to full time students only. We require a photocopy of your student identification & proof of your full time status from University prior to the conference. These can be faxed to +64 9 360 1242 or scanned and emailed to ccbc@tcc.co.nz.

Full Registration & NGO/Full Time Student fees include:

  • Attendance at all conference sessions, pre-conference workshops & the exhibition
  • Daily catering (morning tea, lunch & afternoon tea) 
  • Welcome drinks
  • Conference dinner

Day Registration fee includes:

  • Attendance at that day's conference sessions (Wednesday or Thursday) & the exhibition
  • Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea on the day specified
  • After session drinks (Wednesday Day Registration only)

Half Day Registration fee (Tuesday pm) includes:

  • Attendance at Tuesday afternoon's sessions
  • Afternoon tea
  • Welcome drinks

Registration Terms & Conditions

  • All prices are in Australian dollars and include Goods and Services Tax of 10%.
  • If you cancel your registration prior to Friday 25 June 2010 you will receive a refund less a cancellation fee of A$100. Cancellations received after Friday 25 June 2010 will not be refunded. However transfer of your registration to another person is acceptable.
  • Full payment for registration fees must be received prior to the conference.
  • If, for reasons beyond the control of the Organising Committee, the conference is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after the deduction of expenses already incurred.

Insurance

Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that at the time you register for the conference and book your travel you take out an insurance policy of your choice. The policy should include loss of registration fees and accommodation costs through cancellation of your participation in the conference, or through cancellation of the conference. The Conference Organisers cannot take any responsibility for any participant failing to arrange their own insurance.
